Farmhouse Style

God Bless America!
Happy 4th of July!

I love our Country.

I love THE Country!

Nothing says America/American/Americana,
to me, more than a good old-fashioned
Farmhouse!

Here's proof:

{photos other than the first and last on this post (which are mine) can be found on
Pinterest... search Farmhouses for source}
My Idaho dream farm

Sooo.... last night was Bunco night.
Up on the hill in a gorgeous area called
La Cresta.
Our friend Theresa hosted our monthly game
just days after having her daughter's wedding there...

I pulled into the drive to this...

The charm of this farmhouse.... sigh!
Unfortunately, I was in awe/shock/delight, that I only took
one stinkin' picture!

We didn't play Bunco.

We sat outside in the beautiful twilight, sipped wine, swatted
June bugs into next year,
laughed soooo hard and just enjoyed
friendship.

We all pretended we won last night...
we still had our $5 when we left!

xo, Amber

Beautiful farm house. I understand why you want one, my great grandfather and grandmother had one, and we went there every year for our family reunions, and other holidays. It was alot of fun, and I will always treasure those memories.

this is so funny about the Bunco; all my friends end up just drinking and laughing; Bunco very rarely gets played! LOL - don't you just love it? great excuse to get together!!
