March Happenings...

There's a lot to tell you about
the month of March!
First and foremost, for you Vintage
Lover's, the greatest Marketplace
in Southern California
is happening this weekend...

If that isn't enough,
Granny's Attic Antique Mall
is hosting its Annual Outdoor
Flea Market and Store Wide
Sale on:
Saturday, March 16, 2013

Special hours:
8-3 outside
8-5 inside

And...
Black Rooster Cottage
(space #17)
is having a SPECTACULAR sale!

On Saturday, March 16
and
Sunday, March 17
everything in our space will
be 25-30% off!

March will be our last month
at Granny's so we will be
liquidating our goods as
we approach the end.

There's some big changes coming to
The Cottage, so closing our
space is just one step closer to
our new adventure!

We will be offering some of our
handmade's and Vintage finds
on our Etsy shop
(which is a work in progress).

So, please follow along!
You can get automatic updates

Transitions...

Getting excited about the transitions that will be
taking place in the next few months
BUT
having to keep it contained until
it is all certain.
So today,
just sharing some
photos that I think are pretty.

One day soon,
I'll be able to blog about
what my initial intent
of blogging was to be;
Renovation
and making a house
a
HOME.

Happy weekend girls.

And one day soon, Spring will be here to fill the garden...

It's More...

...Than a Dresser.

Sometimes having a space at an
 Antique Mall can be dangerous.

I think I do pretty good, though.
I usually make a bee-line to
Space #17
so I don't get distracted.

Unfortunately, I let my eyes
wander, once...

I fell in love with her lines
{she's a her because of her curves}.

So, I bought her.

I had found one similar a while ago
but ended up fixing it up
then selling it,
then regretting it.

So, this one will stay in the
family and travel with us
wherever we may go.
She won't be used for her intended
purpose, though.
Nope.
She is in the front living room
on the way to the family room
and kitchen.
One day,
she will grace our entry way
once we buy a house
{and you better believe I will
keep her in mind while we're
looking!}.

...And, she will stay her true,
beautiful color.
I will just hunt for some
older pulls and knobs
as these are not the OG's.

I was playing with the display.

Which is your favorite?

Style A

Style B

Style C

Style D

I think you know which my favorite is.

I hope you are all keeping warm and toasty!
See ya soon!

Keeping Busy With...

Just a few things I've been working on...

I just set up my Etsy account
so I'll be working on that for
the next few weeks.
I have to explain to Husband
that I cannot have what I'm
selling online, in my booth.
;)

Yippee! The weekend is here!
I hope you have a good one!
